Vinification of the Moscato Rosa from Marco Felluga
This rosé wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Rose Muscat. Only flawless grapes were used for this exceptionally powerful single-varietal wine from Marco Felluga. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. The ageing in the barrel is followed by considerable bottle ageing, which makes this rosé wine even more complex.
