The MP Dornfelder of Markus Pfaffmann from the Palatinate offers a brilliant, purple color in the swirled glass. At the edges also shows a color transition into garnet red. The first nose of the MP Dornfelder presents of mulberries, black currants and blackberries. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by cocoa bean, gingerbread spice and cinnamon.

Vinification of the MP Dornfelder by Markus Pfaffmann
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Dornfelder. Only impeccable grapes were used for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Markus Pfaffmann. After the grapes are harvested, they are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
