Vinification of Borgo Dei Posséri Muller Thurgau Quaron
The basis for the balanced Muller Thurgau Quaron from Trentino-Alto Adige are grapes from the Müller-Thurgau grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of weathered rock. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house in the fastest possible way. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, Muller Thurgau Quaron can further harmonize on the fine lees for 7 months.

This Italian wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables, cabbage roulades or roasted trout with ginger pear.
