Vinification of the Muskateller from Weingut Graf Neipperg
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Muskateller. For this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Weingut Graf Neipperg, only first-class grapes were harvested. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for the Muskateller are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Muskateller is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
