Vinification of Negrara by Pravis
This balanced red wine from Italy is made from the Negrara grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Negrara can harmonize further for a few months on the fine lees.
