The powerful Negre 2016 1.5 l Magnum from the pen of Binigrau glides into the glass with dense purple. At the edges, this Spanish red also shows a transition to garnet red. After the first swirl, this red reveals a high density and richness, which is evident in church windows at the rim of the glass. This Spanish cuvée flatters wonderfully complex notes of plum in the glass. This is joined by hints of tobacco, cinnamon and black cherry.
This Spanish wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Spaniard naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. In the finish, this very storable red wine from the wine-growing region of the Balearic Islands finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of plum appear.
