With Domiziano Negroamaro comes a first-class red wine in the wine glass. In this it presents a wonderfully dense ruby color. The first nose of Negroamaro shows nuances of figs. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
On the palate, Domiziano's Negroamaro opens pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic. On the palate, the texture of this punchy red wine is wonderfully velvety, fleshy and dense. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of Puglia finally thrills with beautiful length. There are again hints of fig. In the reverberation, mineral notes of the clay-dominated soils are added.
Vinification of Domiziano Negroamaro
This powerful red wine from Italy is vinified from the grape varieties Malvasia Nera and Negroamaro. In Puglia, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay. After the grape harvest, the grapes are taken to the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Negroamaro can harmonize further for 12 months on the fine lees.

This red wine from Italy is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as a companion to stuffed peppers, duck breast with sugar snap peas or braised chicken in red wine.
