This balanced red wine from Italy is vinified organically from the grape variety Nero d'Avola. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Sicily. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and concrete at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn to bottles.
