Nero d'Avola Terre Siciliane IGT - Palazzo Malgara

The bright red color of the Nero d'Avola from Palazzo Malgara is reminiscent of a radiant ruby. This red wine has an intense bouquet reminiscent of lush, ripe, dark and red fruits such as blackberries and mulberries. The palate has a full, juicy and harmonious character with beautifully balanced fruit acidity and subtle tannins. The wonderful dark fruit and a juicy note are noticeable again on the lingering finish.

Vinification of the Malgara Nero d'Avola

After careful harvesting, the grapes from the Palazzo Malgara estate are destemmed and crushed. The resulting mash is fermented in stainless steel tanks, where it rests until bottling.
