The Nero d'Avola from Vigneti Zabu is a balanced, uncomplicated and pure red wine from the Italian wine-growing region IGT Terre Siciliane.

In the glass, this wine is a brilliant ruby red with violet highlights. The intense bouquet is characterized by fruity aromas of ripe raspberries, some strawberries, redcurrants and juicy cherries - perfectly accompanied by floral notes. On the palate, this Italian red wine impresses with a warm body that is wonderfully coated by a soft texture and pleasant tannins. Vinification of the Vigneti Zabu Nero d'Avola

This red wine is macerated at a controlled temperature. The mash is pumped over every 4 hours. The maceration time is 10 to 12 days. The mash is then gently pressed. Finally, this wine rounds off harmoniously in stainless steel tanks.
