The Niccoló V Riserva Colli di Luni is clearly also determined by the climatic and stylistic factors of the Colli di Luni DOC. This Italian wine can be described as an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, with an exceptionally impressive presentation. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
