Vinification of the Ninfa Marche Rosso from Velenosi
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Ninfa Marche Rosso cuvée from Velenosi are Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Montepulciano and Syrah grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Marche region. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into clay and limestone soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden vats at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the powerful Ninfa Marche Rosso is aged for 24 months in quarter-barrel oak barrels.
