The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally convinces with good reverberation.
Vinification of the Tina Pfaffmann No. 9 Riesling
The elegant No. 9 Riesling from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Riesling grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. At the end of fermentation, the No. 9 Riesling can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
