The NO12 Albarino Rias Baixias from the wine-growing region of Galicia shows a brilliant shimmering hue in the glass. The first nose of NO12 Albarino Rias Baixias shows nuances of acacia, kumquats and lavender. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
On the palate, the NO12 Albarino Rias Baixias from Paco & Lola Winery opens wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. Some wines are dry, others bone dry. This white wine belongs to the latter, as it was bottled with only 1.3 grams of residual sugar. Light-footed and complex, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its vital fruit acid, the NO12 Albarino Rias Baixias presents itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Galicia finally inspires with good length. Again, hints of lilac and pomelo appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by granite and sand are added.
