Vinification of the Noble Reserva Trockenbeerenauslese from Kracher
The basis for the elegant Noble Reserva Trockenbeerenauslese from the Burgenland are grapes from the grape varieties Olaszrizling), Welschriesling (Riesling Italico, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. Obviously, Noble Reserva Trockenbeerenauslese is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors of Lake Neusiedl. This Austrian can literally be described as an Old World wine that presents itself in an exceptionally impressive manner. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for Noble Reserva Trockenbeerenauslese are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective machines. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months in French barrels.
