The Nonino Distillatori distillery has existed for 120 years and is virtually synonymous with the grappa concept.

Unmatched uniqueness

During this time the grappa distillers have earned the reputation of probably the most famous producer of grape marc spirit in Italy. Nonino Distillatori is at home in the province of Udine and is therefore located in the heart of grappa production. The family business guarantees in any case for best grappas that are natural and traditionally produced.

Progressing with innovation

The legendary monovitigno Grappa Monovitigno was first bottled by the Udine people in 1973. This was even accompanied by a revolution in grappa distilling. For the Monovitigno a special procedure is used during distillation, which leads to an almost unique taste experience. Of course, the competition also tried this process, but Nonino Distillatori has a very high know-how as well as a spirit of innovation and can therefore defend its position as an absolute top producer at any time with its extremely high quality standards.

A wide portfolio for every taste

At Nonino today, many grappas are distilled and everyone gets his money's worth. Grappa is made of

• Merlot
• Friulano
• Moscato
• Sauvignon Blanc
• Chardonnay and
• Prosecco grapes.

For the traditional brandies, the Nonino Distillatori uses blends of white and red vines. These are marketed under the Nonino denominations, with varying degrees of alcohol. Barrel aged varieties are also found here. The name Cru Monovitigno stands for a grappa whose marc comes from special vineyard sites of the Picolit, Ribolla, Verduzzo or Schiopettino varieties. The Vendemmia, Cuvee Millesimata as well as the Single Grapes bottlings are of even higher quality. Under the name Riserve Millesimate the distillery offers limited rarities. Some of these are aged up to 20 years in oak barrels. But not only traditional grappas are in stock. At Nonino you can also buy wine brandies and fruit brandies. An almond and an amaro liqueur as well as an extraordinary honey distillate complete the offer.
