To the nose, this Francesco Poli white wine presents all sorts of mirabelle plums, ripe apple, lemon and green apple. As if that were not already impressive, mint / lemon balm are added by the expansion in small wooden barrels.

The Francesco Poli Nosiola Majano tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you might expect from a wine, this Italian naturally enraptures with the finest balance for all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need sugar. Vinification of Francesco Poli Nosiola Majano

The basis for the balanced Nosiola Majano from Trentino-Alto Adige are grapes from the Nosiola grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for 4 months in oak barriques.

This white wine from Italy is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to potato pan with salmon, leek soup or roasted trout with ginger pear.
