This balanced white wine from Italy is organically vinified from the Nosiola grape variety. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After the manual harvest, the grapes reach the press house in the fastest way possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Nosiola Palustella can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
