This elegant white wine from Italy is vegan pressed from the Nosiola grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay. The berries for this white wine from Italy, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully ground. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Nosiola Raetica can harmonize further for 8 months on the fine lees.
