If you give it some air by swirling, you can perceive a first-class balance in this white wine, as it does not stand out watery or syrupy or liqueur-like on the walls of the glass. This single varietal German wine shows wonderfully expressive notes of star fruit, vineyard peach, apricots and mangoes in the glass. These are joined by hints of cinnamon, black tea and vanilla.

This German wine can be described as an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, which is extraordinarily impressive. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
