The organic wine Pablo Claro Rosado from the winery Dominio de Punctum is produced in Spain in the largest Spanish wine region Castilla - La Mancha, at an altitude of almost 700 meters.
The winery Dominio de Punctum, now run by the eighth generation of the Fernández family, presses grapes exclusively from its own vineyards, grown according to organic and biodynamic principles. The grapes are gently vinified into a fresh, fruity-scented wine made from 100% Bobal grapes. To preserve the freshness and fruitiness of this rosé wine, the grape harvest takes place during the night hours. The cold maceration on the skins gives this wine its bright pink color and intense aromas of cherry and wild berries.
