The Parzival quality wine from the pen of Rudolf Fürst from Franconia offers a bright, light red color in the swirled glass. If you swirl the wine glass, you can perceive a first-class balance in this red wine, because it stands out on the glass walls neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like. The nose of this red wine from Franconia seduces with aromas of plum, blueberry, plum and morello cherry. If we trace the aromatics further, black bread, oriental spices and smoked meat come into play.
The Rudolf Fürst Parzival quality wine presents itself wonderfully dry to the connoisseur. This red wine never shows itself coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine top wine range. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine is wonderfully dense. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the Parzival quality wine flatters with a soft palate feeling, without at the same time lacking juicy liveliness. The finish of this very ripening red wine from the wine-growing region of Franconia finally thrills with beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets of the soils dominated by sandstone.
