Der Passivento Bianco Terre Siciliane IGT von Barone Montalto leuchtet Strohgelb im Glas und verführt mit den köstlichen Anklängen von Birnen und weißem Pfirsich, untermalt von einem Hauch exotischer Früchte.
Am Gaumen ist diese Cuvée wunderbar ausgewogen, frisch und endet in einem langen Finale.
Vinifikation für den Barone Montalto Passivento Bianco
Diese Cuvée wird aus den Rebsorten Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc und Muscat d'Alexandrie (Zibibbo) vinifiziert. Die Trauben für diesen Wein wurden schon zum Teil am Rebstock getrocknet und nach der Lese auf dem Weingut bis zum gewünschten Grad weiter getrocknet.
