The Pazo De Seoane Rosal of Lagar de Cervera from the Spanish wine region DO Rias Biaxas is an aromatic, fresh and lively white wine cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Albariño, Loureiro, Caiño Blanco and Treixadura.
In the glass, this wine shines in a pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. The nose enjoys an intense as well as complex bouquet thanks to the blend of grape varieties. Albariño gives this wine aromas of pear, apples and melon - Loureiro and Treixadura give wonderful floral accents. On the palate, this Spanish white wine convinces with a wonderful freshness and lively structure. The silky texture is very well integrated into the body and accompanies into the pleasantly long, fruity finish.
Vinification of the Lagar de Cervera Pazo De Seoane
By hand, the grapes are harvested and immediately brought to the winery of Lagar de Cervera. The grapes are vinified separately.
The grapes are de-stemmed, cooled to 10 degrees and macerated for 10 hours. The berries are then gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This white wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation. This wine is aged on its lees until bottling.
