Vinification of the Hamm VDP Peace Love & ... blanc de Noir Pinot Noir

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Noir. Only first-class grapes were used for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Weingut Hamm VDP. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Peace Love & ... blanc de Noir Pinot Noir can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

This German white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is the perfect accompaniment to spicy curry with lamb, coconut-lime fish curry or omelette with salmon and fennel.
