More information
The perlage of this sparkling wine shines consistently and finely in the glass. The Oliver Zeter Perlage Rosé shows us an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is of course due to its residually sweet flavor profile. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Perlage Rosé reveals itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. Finally, the finale of this sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of Palatinate captivates with a beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the Perlage Rosé by Oliver Zeter
The basis for the elegant Perlage Rosé from the Palatinate are grapes from the grape varieties Acolon and Pinot Noir. The berries for this sparkling wine from Germany are harvested exclusively by hand after ensuring optimal ripeness. Following the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
Food recommendation for the Perlage Rosé by Oliver Zeter
This German wine is best enjoyed very well chilled at 5 - 7°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to spaghetti with caper-tomato sauce, stir-fried vegetables with fish or coconut-lime fish curry.
