The light-footed sparkling wine from the pen of Drei Freunde comes into the glass with brilliant light yellow. The perlage of this sparkling wine shimmers consistently and finely in the glass. The first nose of the sparkling wine reveals notes of peaches, lemongrass and nectarines. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by forest floor and sun-warmed rocks.
On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied sparkling wine is wonderfully crisp. In the finish, this sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally delights with considerable length. There are again hints of orange and lemon. In the reverberation, mineral notes of the limestone and loess dominated soils are added.
Vinification of the sparkling wine from Drei Freunde
This elegant sparkling wine from Germany is made from the grape varieties Müller-Thurgau, Sauvignon Blanc and Scheurebe. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and loess. Following the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and gently pressed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
