The powerful and delicate bouquet of Perrin & Fils La Gille Gigondas AOC by Perrin & Fils pampers with a wonderful palette of pleasant Mediterranean spice notes, a flattering and concentrated fruit, a fine, fresh spice with hints of strawberry jam as well as fine roasted notes and chocolate.

The cuvée from the Côtes du Rhône wine region comes into the glass with a wonderful purple red colour. The full-bodied palate is floral, rich in aroma, very pure and flattering with velvety softness and concentrated fruit. Fine tannins and an infinite richness round off this red wine.

Food recommendation for the La Gille by Perrin & Fils

Serve it with Mediterranean meat dishes, mushrooms, dark poultry and game.
