The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Pesquera Crianza Ribera del Duero is aged for another 18 months in French oak barriques.
