More information

Philipp's rosé from the Pfalz wine-growing region presents a brilliant shimmering raspberry pink in the glass. In the glass, this rosé wine from Philipp Kuhn reveals aromas of pears, nashi pear, lemongrass, limes and kumquats, complemented by cinnamon, dark chocolate and vanilla. This dry rosé wine from Philipp Kuhn is just right for wine drinkers who would ideally have 0.0 grams of sugar in their wine. The Philipps Rosé already comes quite close to this, as it was vinified with just 3.9 grams of residual sugar. Light-footed and complex, this crisp rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Philipps Rosé presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. The finale of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Palatinate, more precisely from Laumersheim, finally thrills with beautiful reverberation.

Vinification of the Philipp Kuhn Philipps Rosé

The basis for the elegant Philipps Rosé from the Palatinate are grapes from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir. The berries for this rosé wine from Germany are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Then the fermentation takes place in the controlled temperature. The fermentation is followed by maturation.

Food recommendation for Philipp Kuhn Philipps Rosé

Experience this rosé wine from Germany best well chilled at 8 - 10 ° C as a companion to fruity endive salad, turbot fillet in Japanese style with vegetable julienne or spaghetti with yogurt mint pesto.
