This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Grigio. Only flawless grapes were used for this exceptionally well-balanced single-varietal wine from Kellerei Kaltern. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for a few months before the wine is finally drawn off.
