Vinification of the Pinot Grigio Garganega from Cantina di Soave
This elegant white wine from Italy is made from the Garganega and Pinot Grigio grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
