The Pinot Gris Réserve from Trimbach wraps itself in a yellow robe with delicate pink highlights. It has a fine almond, nutty and fruity aroma of lychee and fresh raspberry. On the palate, its soft body unfolds with a full, complex feeling. The dry fruit is rounded off with a hint of smokiness and goes well with terrines, meat and goose liver pies, mushrooms, smoked or raw fish, white meat with light, creamy sauces, sweetbread and dishes of Asian cuisine.
