This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Pinot Grigio. For this exceptionally powerful single-varietal wine from F.E. Trimbach, only first-class grapes were used. In Alsace, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone and marl. The grapes for this white wine from France are harvested, at the time of optimal ripeness, exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
