Vinification of Pinot Nero Rosé Dosaggio Zero Saignée by Vallarom

The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. The fermentation of the base wines follows. After the assemblage of the cuvée follows the further aging based on the Méthode Traditionelle. It follows a bottle storage for 72 months.
