The elegant Pinot Noir Alsace from the house of Antoine Heinrich shimmers into the glass with bright light red. Poured into a red wine glass, this red wine from France presents delightfully distinguished aromas of mulberry, blueberry, plum and blackberry, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 4.5 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Frenchman enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine is wonderfully light. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the Pinot Noir Alsace flatters with a pleasing mouthfeel, without lacking juicy liveliness. On the finish, this youthful red wine from the Alsace wine-growing region finally delights with beautiful length. Once again, hints of blackberry and black currant show through.
Vinification of the Pinot Noir Alsace by Antoine Heinrich
The basis for the balanced Pinot Noir Alsace from Alsace are grapes from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Pinot Noir Alsace can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months...
