In the glass, the Pinot Noir F from Blanck Paul shows a bright light red color. This varietal French wine presents in the glass wonderfully expressive notes of blueberry, currant, sour cherry and blackberry. In addition, hints of red currant and black cherry.
On the palate, Blanck Paul's Pinot Noir F opens pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine presents wonderfully silky and fleshy. The final of this red wine from the wine-growing region of Alsace finally convinces with beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes of the limestone-dominated soils.
Vinification of Pinot Noir F from Blanck Paul
This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Pinot Noir. Only premium grape material was used for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Blanck Paul. In Alsace, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After harvesting, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and gently broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Pinot Noir F can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
