Vinification of Pinot Noir F from Blanck Paul
This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Pinot Noir. Only premium grape material was used for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Blanck Paul. In Alsace, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After harvesting, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and gently broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Pinot Noir F can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.

This French red wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to vegetable couscous with beef meatballs, veal escalope with beans and tomatoes or ossobuco.
