This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Noir. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Saget La Perriere, only immaculate grapes were harvested. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in the Val de Loire. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After the hand harvest, the grapes are taken by the fastest route to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
