Vinification of the Pinot Noir Rosé from St. Antony
The basis for the elegant Pinot Noir Rosé from Rheinhessen are grapes from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Pinot Noir Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
