More information about Pinot Noir Vaucluse IGP - LQLC

In the glass, the Pinot Noir Vaucluse from LQLC presents a bright light red color. When swirling the glass, one can perceive a perfect balance in this red wine, as it does not stand out on the glass walls watery, syrupy or liqueur-like. This single varietal French wine flatters the glass with wonderfully expressive notes of raspberry. These are joined by hints of tobacco, black cherry and forest floor.

On the palate, LQLC's Pinot Noir Vaucluse starts wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully dense. The final of this good aging red wine from the wine-growing region of Provence finally impresses with good reverberation.

Vinification of the Pinot Noir Vaucluse of LQLC

This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Pinot Noir. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from LQLC, only first-class grapes were brought in. Pinot Noir Vaucluse is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Frenchman breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

Food recommendation for the Pinot Noir Vaucluse from LQLC

This French wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to braised chicken in red wine, ossobuco or boeuf bourguignon.
