Der Pinotage von Delheim leuchtet in einem kräftigen rubinroten Kleid. Aromen von Schwarzkirsche, Pflaume und roten Beerenfrüchten umschmeicheln die Nase, während Noten von dunkler Schokolade und Blumen im Hintergrund auftauchen. Die Zunge wird von roten und schwarzen Beerennuancen sowie hauchzarten, sanften Tanninen umspielt, die lange am Gaumen verweilen.
Vinifikation für den Delheim Pinotage
Handlese im Weinberg und natürliche Gärung bei niedrigen Temperaturen. Die Reifung erfolgte in Eichenfässern (davon 21% neue Fässer) für 12 Monate.
