The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. The grapes for this red wine from Italy, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation for 8 months in oak barrels.
