This balanced red wine from Italy is vegan and made from the Canaiolo and Sangiovese grape varieties. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the elegant Prestige Chianti Riserva is aged for a few months in oak barrels. Once the wine is finished, the Prestige Chianti Riserva is carefully harmonized.
