With the Château Minuty Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 1.5 l Magnum comes a first-class rosé wine in the swirled glass. In this it reveals a wonderfully bright ruby color. After the first swirl, one can perceive a perfect balance in this rosé wine, as it does not stand out on the walls of the glass watery or syrupy or liqueur-like. The first nose of the Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 1.5 l Magnum flatters with notes of raspberries, violets and honeydew melons. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by mineral notes.
This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities, and so this French wine naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. Balanced and complex, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of Provence finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of raspberry and violets appear.
Vinification of the Château Minuty Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 1.5 l Magnum
The basis for the balanced Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 1,5 l Magnum from France are grapes from the grape varieties Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Tibouren. Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 1.5 l Magnum is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Frenchman exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. The ripening of the grapes for this wine from Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Tibouren is influenced to a very high degree by the climate of the growing region. In Provence, the grapes thrive in a warm climate, which is reflected, among other things, in particularly well ripened grapes and a rather high must weight. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 1.5 l Magnum can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
