With the Château Minuty Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 3.0 l comes a first-class rosé wine in the wine glass. It presents a wonderfully bright ruby red color. If you give it some air in the glass by swirling, you can perceive a first-class balance in this rosé wine, because it does not stand out on the glass walls watery or syrupy or liqueur-like. To the nose, this Château Minuty rosé wine shows all sorts of violets, honeydew melons and raspberries. As if that weren't already impressive, the stainless steel aging adds minerality.
The Château Minuty Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 3.0 l presents itself to the wine enthusiast wonderfully dry. This rosé wine never appears coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine icon wine segment. On the tongue, this balanced rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Provence finally inspires with good length. Again, hints of raspberry and honeydew melon appear.
Vinification of the Château Minuty Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 3,0 l
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 3,0 l from Château Minuty are Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Tibouren grapes. Prestige Rosé Côtes de Provence 3.0 l is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Frenchman exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. The ripeness of the grapes for this wine made from Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Tibouren is influenced to an undeniable extent by the climate of the growing region. In Provence, the grapes thrive in a warm climate, which is reflected, among other things, in particularly well ripened grapes and a rather high must weight. After manual harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
