More information
In the glass, the Prestige Rosé from Domaine Montrose presents a bright light red color. With a little time in the glass, this Old World rosé wine reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of lemongrass, lemon, pomelo and grapefruit, rounded off by oriental spices, cocoa bean and vanilla.
The Domaine Montrose Prestige Rosé presents itself to the connoisseur wonderfully dry. This rosé wine never shows itself coarse or meager, but round and smooth. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region Sud-Ouest captivates finally with beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the Prestige Rosé from Domaine Montrose
The balanced Prestige Rosé from France is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Rolle, Grenache and Syrah. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
