The elegant Prima Perla Crémant de Limoux from France is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac and Pinot Noir. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Languedoc. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in the bottle at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation .
