The light-footed Primo Malvasia Chardonnay Terre de Chieti from Farnese Vini comes into the glass with a brilliant golden yellow color. The nose of this Farnese Vini white wine reveals all kinds of mangoes, Gallia melon, guavas, physalis and star fruit.
The Farnese Vini Primo Malvasia Chardonnay Terre de Chieti delights with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally low residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine beyond the supermarket shelves, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. On the palate, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly dense texture. On the finish, this white wine from the Abruzzo wine-growing region finally delights with good length. There are again hints of guava and physalis.
Vinification of the Farnese Vini Primo Malvasia Chardonnay Terre de Chieti
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Primo Malvasia Chardonnay Terre de Chieti cuvée from Farnese Vini is Chardonnay and Malvasia Bianca grapes. The grapes for this white wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand at optimum ripeness. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Primo Malvasia Chardonnay Terre de Chieti can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
