The bouquet of this sparkling wine from Lombardy seduces with hints of nectarine, mirabelle plum, apricot and peach. It is precisely its fruity character that makes this wine so special.
The Prosecco Frizzante can rightly be described as exceptionally fruity and velvety, as it has been vinified with a pleasantly sweet taste profile. On the tongue, this light-footed Prosecco Frizzante is characterized by an incredibly light texture. On the finish, this sparkling wine from the Lombardy wine-growing region finally delights with good length. Once again, there are hints of nectarine and vineyard peach.
Vinification of Zardetto Prosecco Frizzante
The basis for this elegant Prosecco Frizzante from Lombardy are grapes from the Chardonnay, Glera and Pinot Blanc grape varieties. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. The base wines are then fermented. Once the wine is finished, the Prosecco Frizzante is carefully harmonized.
