Vinification of Borgo Molino Motivo Prosecco Brut
The basis for the elegant Motivo Prosecco Brut from Veneto are grapes from the Glera grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand, gravel and marl. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully pressed. The base wines are then fermented.
